Bringing Families Home Program; Home SAFE; Housing & Disability Advocacy Program; Targeted Strategic Investment Project; North Star Adult Re-Entry Program/Warm Hand-Off Project;
and the PCIRC Self-Help Legal Clinic, offering form assistance to those in need. The agency serves as the point of Coordinated Entry for the homeless and is a partner with NorCal Continuum of Care.
